Rocky And Philly’s Mayor Michael Nutter Have A Happiness Connect

The day I interviewed Mayor Nutter, we met at 6pm and I could tell he had a challenging day. I tried to get him to run for a few seconds up the famous Art Museum steps (as you’ll see in the video), but my attempt was futile and (after viewing the video), pretty ridiculous! In fact, my assistant, Gillian, mentioned that my pitch to him to run up was reminding the Mayor of Philly that these were the Rocky steps as you will see. Brilliant! All blonde moments aside, during our interview after our walk to the top of the steps, I asked him what made him happiest. Without …

Celebrity designer Alex Perry gets blunt on “I want!”

Alex Perry is a force. He’s fun to watch because he speaks his mind and doesn’t take himself too seriously. He does take his art seriously. I would imagine an attack on his character would not effect him as much as an attack on his fashions. Luke Hines On The Paleo Diet

“I live by a palaeolithic style of eating. This is also known as a ‘hunter gatherer’ style of fueling your body. Basically, I am passionate about food that is natural, sourced and eaten in it purest form and food that is clean and nutritious. It’s described as a hunter gatherer style of eating because it is based on how the cavemen used to eat. They lived off the land and ate what was available, without processing or chemical alteration. For us to perform  at our optimum level, we need to fuel ourselves with optimal nutrition. For me, meat should be sustainable, bred free-range and the animals treated and killed with respect. I …
